pyisolate 0.10.1

Bugfix release restoring degraded functionality.

Changes

docs/infra cleanup — Remove Sphinx, move benchmarks, rewrite README/CLAUDE, update bootstrap to [dev,test]
examples restoration — Three self-contained examples (torch_share, sealed_worker, bwrap_torch_share) with own extension modules and integration tests
RPC shutdown fix — Graceful shutdown with socket.SHUT_RDWR, sealed_worker auto-inject
CI fixes — Update example paths in pytorch.yml/windows.yml, remove obsolete docs.yml, remove ineffective -v flags
Test infrastructure — Sealed worker test uses pollockjj.github.io/wheels/ index for pyisolate resolution, @pytest.mark.network marker, fixture try/finally safety, dead code removal
Version bump — 0.10.0 → 0.10.1

Single squash commit from pollockjj:develop.
