pyisolate 0.10.1

Bugfix release restoring degraded functionality. 4 commits:

chore: docs and infrastructure cleanup — Remove Sphinx, move benchmarks, rewrite README/CLAUDE, update bootstrap to [dev,test], remove obsolete docs.yml, remove ineffective -v CI flags
feat: restore working examples with integration tests — Three self-contained examples (torch_share, sealed_worker, bwrap_torch_share) each loading their own extension module. Integration tests for all three isolation modes. Fixture try/finally safety.
fix: graceful RPC shutdown — socket.SHUT_RDWR before close, sealed_worker auto-inject, version injection with error handling
chore: bump version to 0.10.1 — Version strings + sealed worker test uses pollockjj.github.io/wheels/ index, @pytest.mark.network marker, dynamic version assertion
