📄 Description

Running download or check without --username crashed with a giant traceback (TypeError deep inside the app) instead of telling the user what is missing. Root cause: typer 0.16 paired with click 8.3 silently skips the required-option check.

Bump typer to 0.27.1 (>=0.27.1,<0.28.0). Typer now vendors click, so the click package leaves the lock file and its separate updates can no longer break the CLI.
Bonus from typer 0.23+: tracebacks no longer dump local variables, which could include auth data.

Verified by hand: download/check without --username exit with code 2 and a clear "Missing option '--username' / '-u'" error; bare invocation still prints help with exit 0; all --help screens are unchanged apart from metavar cosmetics; 17 unit tests pass.
