📝 Summary

The weekly Telegram report gets a new layout: shorter, with lists instead of dense lines, and PyPI downloads for all time, the month and the week.

🔧 What changes

The week range sits in a quote under the title.
🔭 API changes splits into New (content types, keys) and Changes (types, values), as lists.
🔀 GitHub Stats: merged and opened PRs, open now with the Renovate count. The list of merged PR titles is gone.
🐛 New Issues: open now, opened this week and the issues of the week. The closed count is gone.
🚀 Releases is gone.
📈 Audience: PyPI downloads total, last month and last week, then stars and forks.
Every label links to its page: the repo and PyPI in the title, the canary and CI workflows, the canary run behind API changes, the schema file, GitHub searches for merged and opened PRs, open PRs, Renovate PRs, open issues and issues of the week, pepy.tech, pypistats, stargazers and forks.
The total comes from the pepy.tech badge, rounded (21k): the exact number needs a pepy.tech API key. pepy.tech answers 403 to the default Python user agent, so requests send boosty-downloader.

🧪 Tests

The report with live data sent through the appleboy/telegram-action image: delivered.
ruff, pyright, 360 tests pass.
