📄 Description

Changes:

Create pydantic models for serialization and de-serialization data from post request.
Create main BoostyAPI client with all necessary functionality (only with necessary for post downloading, not the full API)
Create structure of modules

Note: error handling is not set up yet, because we need to analyze limitations of the API itself to create any domain exceptions.
