The Problem

Currently, it's difficult to track how many posts were not downloaded due to subscription level restrictions.
It would be helpful to see all unavailable posts listed somewhere.

The Possible Solution

Implement this at the storage level using a new table to track skipped paid posts.
Important: It should be in sync with main caching table
