📌 Improve CI flow

📝 Description

Since the project now is used by other people than just me, we need more robust CI process for checks and release.

This will change general CI flow drastically.

🔄 Changelog

✨ Added:
- PR Validation
- Version validation before release
- CONTRIBUTING.md for new people
- Makefile automation for CI and for dev in general
- Ignore missing trailing comma rule (formatter makes this rule unnecessary
🛠 Fixed:
- Some linter / typing problems
- Tests path to make sure it runs normally
🔄 Changed:
- Simplified pull request template
- Change release CI rules (now on push to main instead of tags)
