📄 Description

This update introduces a new toggleable panel in the top bar for quick access to Chat Completion Presets, complementing the existing connection profiles UI.

Key implementations:

New Preset Panel: Added a fa-sliders icon toggle that opens a dedicated dropdown targeting #settings_preset_openai, allowing users to switch presets directly from the chat view.
Native Synchronization: Implemented two-way event listeners and a MutationObserver to ensure the top-bar dropdown stays perfectly in sync with the native settings menu (handling dynamic additions/removals of presets).
Linked Preset Support: Added a 150ms execution delay to the connection profile change listener. This ensures the top-bar preset display accurately updates when SillyTavern silently applies a preset linked to a specific API connection.
UI/CSS Stacking Polish: Refactored the CSS to share properties between the connection and preset panels, and implemented a CSS :has() selector to dynamically flatten the connection panel's bottom border-radius when both dropdowns are stacked open.
