  • Add OpenWeatherMap API key setting
  • Add wttr.in weather/forecast implementation (no API key, JSON mode)
  • Add OpenWeatherMap weather/forecast implementation (2.5 API — current weather + 5-day/3-hour forecast)
  • Update settings UI with provider selector, conditional API key inputs
  • Update /weather and /forecast slash commands to route through selected provider
  • Update function tool registration to work with all providers
