This error log function is a game changer, yet I still see a potential enhancement to this function, that is to add a export url option to export a list of download urls as a .txt file for user to try with other software like IDM.
Also, I'm not sure if it's possible to still keep the subfolder directory intact, since it'll require cross-software integration, maybe add a note after each line of urls and let the user handle it themselves?
@Yuvi9587 commented on GitHub (Jun 9, 2025):
you can retry download does it not work? and what format do you want exported links in if you can give example (One link per line?)
@5jvm0u4 commented on GitHub (Jun 9, 2025):
URLs like this:
https://n4.kemono.su/data/ef/89/ef8918c9a9ce0361a723f8d53fff20261639c41ee4e01d73d063a98ba23da3da.jpg?f=7pvD41x3ysTuHyv0CerEuLRP.jpeg
And the output format would be something like this:
https://n4.kemono.su/data/ef/89/ef8918c9a9ce0361a723f8d53fff20261639c41ee4e01d73d063a98ba23da3da.jpg?f=7pvD41x3ysTuHyv0CerEuLRP.jpeg , ほたちん純愛っクス-高画質版 (Pixiv Fanbox)
or just the URL would be fine, one per line, yes.
I've tried retry, it partially worked but there's still files that kept failing.
@Yuvi9587 commented on GitHub (Jun 9, 2025):
If you're seeing this message after retrying:
"-> Skip Saving Duplicate (Hash Match): 'File name here'",
it means the file has already been downloaded. The file appearing in the error list is a bug that I will fix. I’ll also add an export to .txt button soon.
@5jvm0u4 commented on GitHub (Jun 9, 2025):
I see this:
❌ Error writing single-stream to disk for 'IMG_8155.MOV': ('Connection broken: IncompleteRead(197132288 bytes read, 72490014 more expected)', IncompleteRead(197132288 bytes read, 72490014 more expected))
❌ Download Error (Non-Retryable): IMG_8155.MOV. Error: ('Connection broken: IncompleteRead(197132288 bytes read, 72490014 more expected)', IncompleteRead(197132288 bytes read, 72490014 more expected))
❌ Download failed for 'IMG_8155.MOV' after 4 attempts.
Marking 'IMG_8155.MOV' for potential retry later due to IncompleteRead.
but manually do it with IDM is doable, it's just I need to go back to the post on kemono to grab the URL for download.
@Yuvi9587 commented on GitHub (Jun 9, 2025):
Ah, got it — it's not a bug. The file actually didn't finish downloading. I'll add an export button today to make things easier.
@5jvm0u4 commented on GitHub (Jun 9, 2025):
Ah, or add a function to set it to retry until cancelled, might work for some cases?
@Yuvi9587 commented on GitHub (Jun 9, 2025):
It’s done — you can now export failed download links. The app already retries each download up to 4 times, so if it still fails, it goes to the error list. Retrying again after that would just waste bandwidth.

@Yuvi9587 commented on GitHub (Jun 10, 2025):
what your native language is? Would you like to see that language supported in the app or English is fine
@5jvm0u4 commented on GitHub (Jun 10, 2025):
My native language is Traditional Chinese, but English UI works better for me since everything else is in English.
@Yuvi9587 commented on GitHub (Jun 10, 2025):
I’ve added both Traditional and Simplified Chinese, along with other languages like French, Russian, Spanish, and more. Feel free to download them if you’d like!
