Added support for zen3 configuration

- User can now specify zen3 configuration,
      currently it reuses block sizes and kernels from zen2.
    - Auto configuration can detect and enable if zen3 config is needed
    - Added support for amd64 bundle which contains all zen platforms
    - Moved exiting amd bundle to amd64 legacy.
