📄 Description

Promote the verified AWG integration and fork maintenance work from dev to master.

The v1.260910.0-rc.1 source tag has passed exact-commit CI and independent remote-replace/submodule consumer checks. This promotion preserves the original PR commits and the sing-box v1.12.12 baseline through a regular merge.

After this PR's merge-result CI succeeds, merge with a merge commit, wait for push CI on the exact resulting master SHA, and run release preflight before creating the immutable stable source tag v1.260910.0. Android/iOS application runtime acceptance remains a client-release requirement.
