Hello AmneziaVPN team,

I would like to request the addition of support for the Hysteria2 protocol in the Amnezia VPN client. This protocol offers several benefits, including improved performance over lossy networks and enhanced speed for high-latency connections.
Key advantages of Hysteria2:

Efficient performance in high-latency and lossy network conditions.
Improved throughput for certain types of traffic.
Modern encryption and security features.

Implementing this feature would expand the flexibility and adaptability of AmneziaVPN, making it even more useful for users in challenging network environments.

Thank you for your work on this project, and I hope this feature can be considered in future releases.
