Original GitHub issue: https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/amnezia-client/issues/1655

Describe the bug
In service/server/CMakeLists.txt, OPENSSL_ROOT_DIR is defined as follow with a trailing slash:

set(OPENSSL_ROOT_DIR "${CMAKE_CURRENT_LIST_DIR}/../../client/3rd-prebuilt/3rd-prebuilt/openssl/")

But you use this variable like this:

set(OPENSSL_LIBRARIES_DIR "${OPENSSL_ROOT_DIR}/lib")

It has double slash after concat of OPENSSL_ROOT_DIR and /lib. It may cause errors in some curcumstances.

Expected behavior
I hope you will fix this problem and I hope this will help improve your project.
