你的问题主要有两个根本原因：

ComfyUI 桌面版和核心版本不一致：虽然你安装的是 0.6.0，但桌面版实际内置的 ComfyUI 核心是 0.4.0（见日志），这会导致 Manager 跳过依赖修复（comfyui-frontend-package），从而无法正常显示或使用 Manager。这是桌面版的已知限制，核心版本只能跟随桌面版整体升级，无法单独更新参考官方说明。
数据库初始化失败：sqlite3.OperationalError: unable to open database file 通常是因为用户目录（如 /Users/felix/Documents/ComfyUI/user）或配置文件权限不足、路径不存在、或依赖未正确安装官方文档。

建议排查与修复步骤：

检查目录权限
确保 /Users/felix/Documents/ComfyUI/user 及其子目录有读写权限，且磁盘空间充足。可用 Finder 右键“显示简介”检查权限，或用命令行 ls -l 查看。
重置虚拟环境
关闭 ComfyUI，删除安装目录下的 .venv 文件夹，然后重新启动桌面应用，让它自动重建环境并安装依赖参考。
禁用所有 custom_nodes
临时移走 /Users/felix/Documents/ComfyUI/custom_nodes 下的所有自定义节点，排除第三方节点或依赖冲突导致的启动失败参考。
手动安装依赖
打开 ComfyUI 桌面版自带的终端，执行
```
pip install -r requirements.txt
```
确保是在 .venv 环境下（可用 which python 检查路径），如有 custom_nodes 也分别在其目录下执行依赖安装官方文档。
如依然报错
可尝试彻底卸载后重装桌面版，或考虑使用 portable/手动安装版体验最新功能官方说明。

补充说明：

Manager 依赖 comfyui-frontend-package，当前桌面版内置的 ComfyUI 版本较老，Manager 会直接跳过依赖修复，导致界面缺失或功能异常相关 issue。
未来如需体验新功能，需等待桌面版官方发布新版本，或切换到 portable/手动安装方式。

感谢回复
目前安装桌面版本的话，解决不了manager显示的问题，没太理解为什么，桌面版跟核心版本为什么不能一致。我最终选手动安装部署到本地，可以正常显示了。就是感觉没桌面版安装方便，再次感谢回复。
