Fixes #311

Summary

  • Remove the nonexistent api.deepseeki.com China endpoint from the DeepSeek-TUI environment-variable documentation.
  • Keep the English and Simplified Chinese guides aligned on the official https://api.deepseek.com base URL.

Verification

  • Confirmed the base URL against the official DeepSeek API documentation.
  • git diff --check
  • Endpoint and Markdown-table consistency checks for both changed guides.
  • npx --yes markdownlint-cli --disable MD001 MD013 MD041 MD060 -- docs/deepseek-tui.md docs/deepseek-tui.zh-CN.md
