📄 Description

Adds an English and Simplified Chinese integration guide for O.R.C.A. Desktop, covering installation, built-in DeepSeek key configuration, model/effort selection, and first conversation/tool/vision tasks on release 3.0.13.

This is a different project from the Rust terminal Orca in #308 (echoVic/blade-deepseek). The guide uses orca-desktop filenames and the display name O.R.C.A. Desktop to avoid ambiguity.

Both guides and both alphabetized README entries are included.
Documents deepseek-flash (V4.1 Flash), selectable deepseek-v4-pro, 1M context, and max effort. The older Flash IDs are identified as aliases; no unrelated existing guides are changed.
Configuration was checked against the published 3.0.13 README and onboarding implementation. A prior isolated audit exercised actual Provider/Agent/TaskTool calls with synthetic inputs, including text, tools and vision; it does not constitute full native desktop or maximum-context acceptance.
No price table, API keys, personal data, or unreleased browser functionality is included.

The repository's contribution checklist still names the older Flash ID. This guide follows the model naming supported in the published application and links to the official current catalog rather than adding duplicate Flash models.
