Adds the official DeepSeek Harness (DSH) to the AI Agent frameworks section of the awesome list.
DSH is DeepSeek's open-source agent harness (everything is a plugin, powered by Cordis). It runs on Windows and Linux with any OpenAI-compatible endpoint — verified working with NVIDIA NIM's free tier.
