Adds PM Skills, an open-source (MIT) library of 1,200+ Agent Skills for professional work. Its browser playground runs any skill on DeepSeek with the user's own API key (the key stays in the browser), and it ships Chinese-language packs and an MCP server.

Added to the Applications table in all five READMEs.
