Summary

expose the built-in managed bridge as veth0 instead of gow/gow0
rename the nftables NAT table to veth_nat
keep Docker bridge/default aliases mapped to veth0, but do not preserve gow as a built-in alias
update network tests to assert gow is not a built-in alias
