Summary

rename Docker network to gow and Linux bridge to br-gow0
migrate legacy veth0 bridge and detach the managed bridge from any master bond
preserve Docker DeviceRequests in HostConfig round-trips

Full package tests are blocked locally because liblxc pkg-config metadata (lxc.pc) is not installed in this environment.
