Summary

restore the managed Docker-compatible network name to veth and bridge to veth0
treat the previous br-gow0 bridge as legacy for migration
route built-in network API behavior through lxc.DefaultNetworkName instead of hard-coded gow

go test ./internal/image ./internal/oci ./internal/store
go test ./... could not run here because liblxc pkg-config metadata is missing (lxc.pc)
