treat gow0 as a legacy bridge name alongside br-gow0
delete unattached legacy bridges after veth0 is reconciled so stale 10.100.0.0/24 routes do not steal traffic

Tests

go test ./internal/lxc (blocked locally: missing lxc.pc/pkg-config dependency)
