Summary

add default resolver options to generated container resolv.conf
force TCP DNS lookups with short timeout/attempts on the default DNS path
keep explicit Docker DNS configuration unchanged

Testing

git diff --check
go test ./internal/lxc (fails locally: pkg-config cannot find lxc.pc)
