📄 Description

This PR aims to update the crds, mainly the App.
It also adds the lobby crd in preparation for the operator changes.

The main change however, is moving to statefulsets.

Update the structs
- Create the Lobby Struct based on wolf's wolf__api__CreateLobbyRequest
- Update the Application CRD to implement a statefulset instead of a Deployment
- Remove the existing wolf configs from the profile CRD
  - update the examples? probably just wait

The session tests are failing, however, the entire session operator is going to get rehauled and split into session + lobby controllers once the kubelet plugin is done.
