We need something more cutting edge compared to the current Ubuntu base images but a bit more stable than Arch, let's try with Fedora...

Possibly fixes https://github.com/games-on-whales/wolf/issues/322 https://github.com/games-on-whales/wolf/issues/330 and all recent issues raised when using Intel/AMD GPUs (Mesa)
