wayland-display-core/src/wayland/handlers/compositor.rs(+6 -2)📄 Description
On NVIDIA, Vulkan clients could display stale or flickering frames when a cached EGLImage was reused.
The existing commit blocker waits outside the GPU command stream, so the acquire fence may not be respected during rendering.
This change asks the renderer to wait on the acquire fence first. If that is unavailable, the existing commit blocker remains as a fallback.
Tested with Wolf and
vkcubeon NVIDIA. Vulkan rendering worked correctly with the DMA-BUF cache enabled.🔄 This issue represents a GitHub Pull Request. It cannot be merged through Gitea due to API limitations.
