First round of changes addressing:

The legend indicates available actions Cancel and Back. Cancel only does anything if a menu is open, and I've not seen Back do anything. Only show if they will do something?

Multiple sounds sometimes play, such as when clicking cancel in an application menu. Clicking using a mouse sometimes also add an additional sound effect.

There is a mouse hover effect on the grid items, but it is nigh invisible due to blending in with the background. I don't think there needs to be a mouse hover effect, for that
