Draft. Pairs with games-on-whales/gst-wayland-display#37 and the stacked games-on-whales/gst-wayland-display#40.

When video_producer_buffer_caps asks for NV12, set nv12=true on waylanddisplaysrc so it pins LINEAR NV12. The consumer's vapostproc imports LINEAR on every driver. Without the pin an unconstrained interpipesink fixates a tiled modifier radeonsi-VA reads as green.

RGBA and software paths leave nv12 unset, unchanged.

Needs the plugin from gst-wayland-display#37 plus #40. Not for merge until those land.
