Seems that they are actively working on it https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/560-release-feedback-discussion/300830/32
Reverting back to the latest stable 550.x fixes it.

We've got at least two reports that since 560.35.03 the problem has been fixed. Closing this for now..
