📄 Description

opendal 0.55's S3 service declares write_with_if_not_exists but not write_with_if_none_match, so put_bytes_conditionally(etag=None) is rejected client-side and every conditional create against an S3-compatible store (RustFS, MinIO, R2) fails with HTTP 500 claim volume alias / backend error. Verified end-to-end against a local RustFS backend: volume create previously 500s, now succeeds. if_not_exists(true) is the same put-if-absent semantics the S3 service already supports.
