Same two signatures as #4462, fourth night in a row for the tone leg: tone-sglang-integration (fails since sglang 0.5.21 hit PyPI on 10-01, Mooncake main unchanged since 09-30; breakdown and the sglang==0.5.20 rerun confirmation path are in #4462) and publish-testpypi (TestPyPI 10 GB quota, #4446). No new failure class in this run.
