Same two signatures as #4462/#4471, fifth night in a row for the tone leg: tone-sglang-integration (failing since sglang 0.5.21 hit PyPI on 10-01 with Mooncake main unchanged; breakdown and the sglang==0.5.20 rerun confirmation path are in #4462) and publish-testpypi (TestPyPI 10 GB quota, #4462 has the evidence chain; remediation is owner-side cleanup or a limit increase). nightly-gate is just the aggregate of those two. No new failure class in this run.
