Query and verify process membership, limit sets, and completion status against the owned Job Object. Distinguish unverified membership from verified ownership.

Acceptance:

• Query API returns deterministic membership evidence.
• Tests reject named/shared Jobs, post-create assignment, disabled kill-on-close, breakaway, and nested Jobs.
• Provider-neutral boundary closes malformed tokens.
