Expose a tool/CLI command that runs a finite-state replay machine directly against a declarative machine definition, returning the transition journal and unmatched-request classifications.

Acceptance:

  • MCP tool and CLI command accept a replay machine JSON input.
  • Output records state transitions, actions, captured aliases, and limits.
  • Errors classify unmatched, guard-failed, exhausted, and unexpected-reconnect states.

Part of #60.
