Summary

add project_managed_application_graph / rea project-managed-application-graph for projecting authenticated managed artifact/member/native-boundary Evidence into the existing JavaScript Application Graph contract
add managed graph node vocabulary, managed static-analysis graph authority, MCP/CLI output schemas, examples, product catalog/docs/skill count updates
extend managed conformance and package verification to cover graph projection and feature tracing from managed P/Invoke declarations

npx vitest run tests/sessionMcp.test.ts --coverage=false (after one full-suite timeout flake; passed standalone)
npm run knip
npm run jscpd
npm run scan:todos
npm run verify:managed
CC=/usr/bin/gcc-13 CXX=/usr/bin/g++-13 npm run verify:package

Real Hopper/Ghidra verification was not performed; this PR changes the managed static workflow and package-managed verifier coverage only.
