Standalone (base: main).

typescript 5.9.3 to 7.0.2, vitest 4.1.10 to 5.0.3 (+ @vitest/coverage-v8 5.0.3, @fast-check/vitest 0.5.0 for peer compat), @modelcontextprotocol/client + server 2.0.0 to 2.3.1. Regenerated package metadata and product catalog (catalog embeds SDK versions).
Vitest 5 removed describe.sequential: migrated 2 call sites to { concurrent: false }.
Restores byte-faithful reads in parseCliJsonInput: the #629 safeJson migration dropped the fatal UTF-8 check from #613 (3 jsonUtf8 boundary tests caught it). Now fixed and green.
Note: vitest 5 engines exclude Node 25 (22/24/26+), so verify on Node 24.18.0 (repo-pinned toolchain, npm 11.16.0). No real Hopper/Ghidra verification (toolchain-only change).

Verification (Node 24): tsc clean, build clean, knip clean, format:check clean, docs:check clean, jscpd 2.39%, unit lanes 207 files / 1336 tests pass, boundary lanes 165 files / 844 tests pass, mcp-boundary + acceptance + process-global 55 files / 170 tests pass.
