Add bounded LLDB/Frida Objective-C runtime observation with class/selector/symbol/module filters, entry/return capture, decode limits, duration/event/recursion/memory bounds, hook failure policy, and redaction.

Part of #71.

Acceptance:

• Requires approval and owned-process validation.
• No arbitrary expression evaluation or unrelated attachment.

Triage note (2026-10-09): keeping open. #964 is merged and covers the macOS LLDB entry-call portion of this scope; Frida-based observation and return-value capture remain unaddressed.
