📄 Description

Windows process captures could report directory components in parameters.executable_name because the projection split only on /. Choose the basename parser from the capture manifest's platform, preserving literal backslashes in POSIX filenames and interpreting Windows separators correctly even when viewing evidence on another host.

The Windows regression fails before the fix and passes after it alongside Linux/macOS controls. Nine focused process Evidence and curated-lane checks pass; build and pre-push static checks pass. The same host-projection tests are explicitly selected by the native Windows CI lane. Native Windows results will be checked before merging.
