Summary

The skill's CLI fallback tells agents to run analyze-javascript-application ... --json and read what it prints. On a real app, that output is the complete application Evidence, often hundreds of megabytes. An agent following the skill reads all of it into its context. This PR changes the fallback (and docs/cli.md) to save the Evidence to a file and read a summary view of it with inspect-analysis-view. Part of the context-cost work in #1065 / #723. Only docs change.

Change

skill-src/reverse-engineer-anything/SKILL.md: the fallback now redirects --json to app-evidence.json, wraps it with jq as {source: {kind: "inline", evidence: .}, view: {kind: "summary"}}, and runs inspect-analysis-view. It names the module-page view and trace-application-feature as next steps. Skill metadata.version 34 → 35, and src/generatedPackageMetadata.ts is regenerated to match.
docs/cli.md: the same recipe under "Run a command", plus a link to the JavaScript application workflows guide.

No CLI/MCP behavior or schema changes. The English README quick start is unchanged because the README translations must match its bash blocks.

Verification

Ran the documented commands end-to-end on the fixture and on the real Obsidian ASAR (numbers above).
npm run docs:check (6/6 tasks)
npm run test:focused -- tests/boundary/filesystem/setupSkill.test.ts tests/conformance/readmeConsistency.test.ts
oxfmt --check on both docs

No real Hopper/Ghidra verification (not affected).
