Summary

Add qwen_code, pi, and hermes to the supported-client list in the authored REA skill.
Keep the list consistent with the client IDs currently accepted by setup and doctor.

Closes #1522

Validation

Fetched the updated skill from peter-research/rea branch fix/skill-supported-client-list-1522 and verified that all three IDs are present.
Documentation-only change; the repository test suite was not run.
