Scope

Add rea inspect, search, function, xrefs, trace, compare, evidence export, providers, and capabilities.

Acceptance criteria

  • CLI and MCP share services and schemas.
  • Package verification covers both.
  • No semantic behavior is adapter-only.

Completed on current . The one-shot CLI exposes the principal inspection, search, function, xref, trace, comparison, evidence-export, provider, and capability workflows through the shared application/runtime and contracts ( and CLI/package tests). Any new workflow-specific parity gaps should be filed against that workflow rather than retaining this original parity epic.
