📄 Description

Fix #2641: analyze-javascript-application reports an existing bytenode .jsc require target as not-found.

When JavaScriptArtifactFiles encounters a file with no JavaScript-relevant kind (e.g. .jsc, .wasm), it previously silently dropped the file with , making the resolver treat it as absent. Now the file is added to so it is reported as present but unanalysable rather than as not-found, preserving evidence integrity.

Fixes #2641.
