Summary

Document the Linux procps-compatible ps prerequisite before the English README quick start and in the installation, Ghidra, Android and firmware guides. Keep recovery instructions in the installation guide.

Qualify the requirement by REA's shared process supervisor. A real Chrome scenario succeeded with no ps on PATH, so a blanket claim about all owned child processes would be incorrect. Explain that some provider adapters return generic startup failures; readers should check this prerequisite before following provider-specific recovery advice.

The final diff is five English documentation files. Runtime error projection and website/localized README proposals are deferred; their original commits remain in branch history. Native Ghidra verification was unavailable for the proposed runtime change.

Validation

Source inspection of the shared process ownership boundary and its provider callers.
Actual public JavaScript CLI: analysis succeeds with ps; an empty PATH returns capability_unavailable / prepare_owned_process with retained partial evidence.
Actual Chrome scenario on an empty PATH: declared steps complete and owned browser cleanup succeeds.
Docs checks (five conformance tests), formatting, typecheck/lint and diff checks passed.
Runtime, website and localized README files match the reviewed main baseline exactly.

No native Ghidra/JADX/firmware execution or token/performance benchmark is claimed.

Fixes #2763. A shared doctor prerequisite check remains a possible follow-up.
