Summary

Celebrates 200,000 GitHub stars in Star history across the English README and all 19 current translations, following #2462 and #2740. GitHub now exceeds the requested 200,000-star threshold, and this PR is ready for review.

All translations are under docs/readme/, including the newly added Greek README. Each language keeps its existing number separators and digits. The final documentation diff against updated main changes only one milestone numeral per file.

CI follow-up

The previous Docs Generation failure was a missing Rust guide link in the Turkish README. The exact same missing link exists in the previous base 02095cd74a39e55227e554b37ed76e62476e8e94; the celebration commit did not introduce it. Updated main 41a2e846470bd2af40dd298d975b1a1d2fef5786 already contains the actual repair. Main was merged into this branch without rewriting the reviewed commits, and a follow-up commit updates the new Greek translation from 180.000 to 200.000.

Scope and validation

Documentation-only milestone update. No product contracts, runtime behavior, package versions, generated metadata, or workflow files change relative to updated main. No separate issue is needed for this established milestone update.

npm run docs:check passed, including the full documentation fact/link checks, generated metadata/license checks, and all 5 README consistency tests.
npm run check:fast passed through the normal pre-push hook; both static tasks reused the shared worktree cache.
oxfmt --check README.md docs/readme/README_*.md passed for all 20 files.
git diff --check passed.
Compared every current language-inventory entry and translated file against updated main: exactly one localized milestone numeral changes per file; all other bytes are identical.
Pinned Node.js 24.18.0/npm 11.16.0 and a fresh lockfile-based dependency installation were used.

The separate 10-minute monitor stopped after detecting this PR was already marked ready by the maintainer. This PR does not enable automatic merging.

Hosted CI run 38493813362 completed successfully on 65983cce39f5ad58765bd9da76b6b9ab185ea67a: Static checks, Docs Generation, Portable tests, Website checks, and CI required all passed. Inapplicable source/provider lanes were skipped by the documentation-change classifier.
