Summary

Adds an Italian (it) translation of the README. Italian was a missing large-language README (the repo shipped 16 non-English translations + English).

Closes #1453.

Changes

New file README_it.md — full Italian translation of the English README, keeping commands, URLs, tool/product names (Hopper, Ghidra, IDA, MCP, npm, ASAR, JADX, pwntools, etc.) and anchor links faithful to the source.
Nav-bar updates in all 17 existing READMEs (README.md + the 16 current translations) — each gains a [Italiano](README_it.md) entry, inserted before the Українська link so the relative order stays consistent with the canonical English bar. The current language stays bolded (e.g. **Українська** in README_uk.md).

Translation quality

This is a machine-assisted translation (LLM-assisted). A native Italian speaker will review and polish the wording after this is opened — that review is being arranged separately. Structure, code, and links are 1:1 with the English source to satisfy the readme-consistency check.

Checklist

New README_it.md mirrors English structure (sections, badges, anchors, TOC links).
All 17 other READMEs' language nav bars include [Italiano](README_it.md).
No other content changed (only the nav line + the new file).

Maintainers: if you prefer a different canonical insertion point for new languages, or the consistency fixture needs an update, let me know and I'll adjust.
