Summary

Brings docs/readme/README_ko.md back in line with the current English README. Documentation only. No issue opened: this is a translation sync with no behavior or scope question.

Problem and expected behavior

Korean readers were missing the Go, WASM and SQLite rows, an up-to-date Rust row, the objdump/Rizin provider note, Bun update steps, and the Hopper first-run step, so the Korean page described fewer targets and setup paths than the English one.

Change and scope

Added the Go, WASM and SQLite rows, translated the Rust row, and moved the packet summaries row after recorded packets; table order now matches English.
Filled in Fiddler SAZ, "Linux-verified" and ".NET: no extra tool needed" in existing rows.
Added the objdump/Rizin paragraph, IDA mentions, and the startup-timeout sentence. The top navigation had carried an extra link to the objdump/Rizin guide in place of that paragraph; with the paragraph back, the link is removed so the README link set still matches English (docs:check).
Added the Bun notes (Update REA, bug FAQ) and the Hopper first-run step.
Translated the remaining English Disclaimer and License paragraphs and put the Disclaimer paragraphs in the English order.

Not included: the star count (#2897 updates it).
