Implementation by @akushonkamen (akushonkamen:fix/mips-carved-recordless-admission, commit 81b847e75); opened from my fork because PR creation failed from that account (see the author's comment on #3155). Rebased onto current main (9d940c2f2): the only conflict was the import block against 938728227, and every added or removed line is his. Admits a recordless legacy EF_MIPS_ARCH_32 ELF whose only inspection limitation is a section header table past EOF, with the 32-bit language pinned, o32 recorded as an assumption, and the unread headers kept in abi_flags_limitations and Evidence. Program-header and mixed limitations still refuse. Scope unchanged from the issue: complete recordless files (#1898) and record-carrying carves (#1629, d4bd65c53) are untouched.

Validation: unit/boundary red→green and the repo gates are in the author's delivery comment on #3155. On the rebased tree: npm ci, build and tsc --noEmit clean; oxlint exit 0 on the changed files (its two warnings on MipsElfMetadata.ts are on main too); the MIPS profile, ABI-flags, shared-load and GNU-attributes suites 161 passed; red check (fix reverted, test kept) 2 failed / 65 passed. Real provider, mine, on Ghidra 12.1.3 and 12.1.4, both byte orders, through the CLI and the MCP server: synthetic uncut files open with 3 procedures, carves with 2, pinned to MIPS:<LE|BE>:32:default, limitation kept in the profile and the Evidence envelope, entry function decompiles without bad data and jr ra decodes; real carved firmware of this shape opens with exact entry-set matches to plain analyzeHeadless. verify:ghidra:mips was red on main at d4bd65c53 (see #3096), unrelated to this change.
