📄 Description

um scan --list only looks for Steam in Program Files (x86)\Steam and Program Files\Steam. A lot of people install Steam somewhere else (C:\Steam, D:\Steam). Then libraryfolders.vdf is never read, so every Steam library is missed, including the extra ones on other drives. On my machine (Steam in C:\Steam, libraries on C:, E: and F:) the list showed one Epic game and zero Steam games.

Fix: steam_registry_root() reads where Steam says it lives (HKCU\Software\Valve\Steam\SteamPath, then HKLM WOW6432Node\Valve\Steam\InstallPath; reg.exe query under WSL) and steam_roots() checks it before the default folders. Nothing changes when Steam is in a default folder.

Tests: new test_steam_root_from_registry (fails before, passes after); full suite 59 passed on Windows 11, Python 3.12. By hand: um scan --list went from 0 to 43 Steam games (9 on C:, 24 on E:, 11 on F:).

Found and fixed with AI assistance (Claude Code); the repro and the fix were run by hand on Windows 11.
