Retracts the Stick It To The Stickman note.

The mod this note documented has been scrapped at the request of the person it was built for, so
the note is being removed rather than left describing something that no longer exists.

Deletes knowledge/games/stick-it-to-the-stickman/instant-fail-choice-prompts-patching-a-unity-level-s-death-p.md
Removes its rows from knowledge/INDEX.md and its entry from knowledge/index.json
Index regenerated with um kb index; um kb check --index passes (19 notes)

Note: PR #30 was merged before this retraction, so this PR removes content that is currently live
on main.
